Company History

The history of Pepe Engineering dates back to July 1960. Initially limited to residential development, the company expanded to include work for the City of Houston, Harris, surrounding counties and the State of Texas.

Pepe Engineering has completed a substantial number of diverse projects for the City, County, and State, including the design of paving and drainage for approximately 290 miles of roads, highways and bridges, water main extensions, treatment plants, and hydraulic and hydro logic analyses.

In the 1970's, Pepe expanded its capabilities to include architectural and environmental engineering. The architectural group successful designed apartment homes, town homes, condominiums, and office buildings.

Pepe Engineering is extremely sensitive to the environment, its increasing importance to society and to the impact of new rules and regulations on the ability to conduct business.
